The Role
We’re seeking a Care Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and is obsessed with delivering flawless experiences. You will be the linchpin connecting our families with Alma’s trusted care providers, managing complex schedules, adapting to changing due dates and birth plans, and ensuring every family receives the highest quality of care.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, an impeccable eye for detail, and the ability to bring calm and clarity to dynamic situations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews between clients and Alma’s care team members
- Manage family care schedules with precision, including adapting to changing needs such as shifting due dates and evolving postpartum plans
- Provide a premium client experience at every touchpoint through clear communication, professionalism, and warmth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine and elevate the Alma client experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate the communication and engagement of our care team
- Leverage and optimize existing scheduling and communication platforms
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly.
- A meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you know how to put people at ease
- Previous experience in client services, care coordination, hospitality, or a premium service environment preferred
- A genuine passion for supporting families during the postpartum journey
